Donut Box �f or Board approval and signature) <br /> Mr. Mark Cohen was in at enua.nce to iscuss this water issue. <br /> Mr, McQuaid stated Mr. Cohen has -tai en pictures o the bottle water supply <br /> at his facility. Mr. McQuaid voiced his concern over the possibility of <br /> future food establishments applying to the Board for permits using bo tt i ed <br /> water as their source of water, Mr. McQuaid further commented that D.E.P. <br /> must approve the well as a non-community public well ., which is un i i e l,y <br /> due to the location- of the well and its close pro cimity 'to abutting septic <br /> systems and explained that. D.E.P* did verba i ly stated -that the Board of <br /> Health has the authority to approve bottled water as an exceptable source <br /> of water in the food operation. <br /> Mr. costa. questioned -the possibility of High Wood later providing water <br /> to the site. <br /> Mr. Evans relayed that public water is proposed -to run directly thru -the <br /> site however High Wood •l ater services that area and commented-,a trade- <br /> off <br /> rde- <br /> off wouid be required. <br /> Mir. Costa stated he would lie Mr. Cohen to research the matter and ob� <br /> twin written assurances from either the Water District or High Wood Water <br /> that-water will be provided to the facility. <br /> Mr. Evans stated he did speak with a representative from High Wood later <br /> who relayed they have no plans of serving the businesses on the rotary. <br /> Mr. Costa stated, in his opinion, the orig-inal permits should have been <br /> the only permit t issued. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated he would not approve bottled water as the permanent <br /> source of drinking water however would permit the use of bottled water <br /> on a. temporary basis until a public water source is made available. <br />
