.� MINUTES September 7, 1989 4 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. Renz informed the Board he spoke with Mr. David Rich, representative <br /> for the High Wood Water Company, who relayed that water would be provided to <br /> the site f7ithi two/ weeks. <br /> Mr. Costa questioned Mr. Rent as to whether the Water District was in- <br /> formed of High Wood Waters intentions as piping would run thru the property. <br /> Mr. Renz stated that pa is not part of the Mahspee Water District. <br /> Mr. Costa questions Mr. Evans as to whether -approval is still required <br /> from D.E.P. . <br /> Mr. Evans responded that High Wood Water Company is approved by . .P. . <br /> Mr. Costa commented a .city of town cannot issue a permit to construct <br /> or alter the premises until a public water system is approved by D.E. . <br /> Mr. Greelish stated if the water is supplied in two weeks the circum- <br /> stnes are extenuating enough to vote -favorably towards issuing a temporary <br /> permit. Mr. Greelish recommended a temporary permit be issued for a period <br /> of thirty days, High Wood Water is to be hooked-up within this 30 day period <br /> with verification from a Health Agent, once verification has been received <br /> to this Board a permit will be issued. <br /> Mr. Costa stated this Board has committed themselves to allow for the <br /> sale of cold sandwiches and submarines and recommendeds the Board restrict <br /> the permit solely for -this purpose, no expansion of the menu is -to be allowed. <br /> Mr. Costa informed the Cohens once the water is supplied to the site and <br /> expansion tales place, if the sptic system fails the building will be closed <br /> and a new system will be required prior to opening. <br /> Mr. Gree 1 i sh motioned -to issue a tfiirty day temporary food service permit <br /> with expiration date of October 8, 1939 with the stipulation n'o expansion of <br /> the current menu 'takes place, once verification of High Wood Water service to <br /> -the facility know as "Donut Bo " is received within the 30 day period a food <br /> service permit will be issued, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Costas informed the Chen' s the bu i i d i ng will be monitored on a reg- <br /> ular basis. <br /> 12. Council on Aging news pamphlet - F.Y. I. - The Board acknowledged re- <br /> ceiving the news pamphlet <br /> 13. ) B Agenda - se tember 27, 1989 - Mr. Costa stated he did request -Mr. , <br /> Frans to research a prior ZBA special permit request for a jeweler. <br /> Nor.
