Costa seconded. <br /> 15. ) Variance request, - Lot 2 Great Neck Road,, John Elliott - Mr. McQuaid in- <br /> formed the Board M liott is the owner of lots 1 & 2 Great Neck Road <br /> and- both lots will be service by High Wood Water. Mr. McQuaid stated <br /> variances requested are from the local regulation of 150 from septic <br /> A- <br /> -Lo abutting well and a sideline variance. <br /> Mr. Costa recommended abutting owner of lot 3. be ,riot i f i ed of the var- <br /> iance request and permitted to view plans on file. Mr. Costa stated <br /> he would like the owner of lot 3 notified by certified mail . <br /> Mr, McQuaid stated there are other abutting lots involved and commented <br /> he will forward notification to thea. <br /> 15. ) Commercial septic pian Route 151/Nin grit Avenue, f itrokosta.s - Con- <br /> tinued until later in the meeting. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Variance request - Monomoscoy Road <br /> Nor. Paul Botelho was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board Mr. Bote l ho is proposing to contru t a <br /> kitchen addition approximately 14' x 14' to his home. Mr. McQuaid explained, <br /> as adopted by the 'Board of Health any increase in habitable space requires <br /> the existing system to be upgrade to Title V, and commented there are no engi- <br /> neering <br /> n i- <br /> neering plans on file which show the existing system. <br /> Mr. Botelo stated there will be no living space above the garage and <br /> explained tine number of bedrooms will remain the same. <br /> M . McQuaid stated with the location of the septic, well and the proximity <br /> to the wetlands a Title V system could not be placed on the lot with the re- <br /> 40 qired variances. -Mr. McQuaid suggested the existing system be inspected by <br /> a licensed installer to determine if the system i.s functioning properly. <br />
