Response to inquiry from Barnstable 1 .P. f. re: Household hazardous <br /> waste collection - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board Barnstable County <br /> has relayed they may be short of funds for the spring collection. <br /> Mr. McQuaid suggested contributing a percentage of t-he overall costs <br /> for the spring collection. <br /> Mr. Greel ish requested fir. McQuaid to approach Barnstable County for <br /> a cooperative hazardous recycling - project. <br /> . ) Memo from Planning Board to Board of Health re: Receipt of subdivision <br /> plans. - Mr. McQuaid explained this has been previously requested by <br /> this Board however will respond to the memo. <br /> 7. Copy of septage maintenance agreement between "Southport" and Canco - <br /> . McQuaid informed the Board Mr. Bonvi has submitted the maintenance <br /> contract with Canco as requested by this Board and wili be submitting <br /> a bond in the amount of $2,500.00. <br /> . Copy of memo to L. DeMoura e: School occupancy limits - Mr. McQuaid <br /> explained r. Dei dura did reqdest this information to determine the <br /> necessity for a third school . <br /> APPOINTMENT: Kevin Kirraine _ "Dolphin Bay" project <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirraine was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Ki rr i ne informed the Board the Planning Board has objected to the <br /> land - swap as discussed previously. Attorney iiaine stated discussion took <br /> place with the Planning Board regarding the possible conveyance,, -to the town ,, <br /> of 1 . - acres. This acreage, would be located along the perimeter of the town <br /> landfill , creating a fifty foot buffer. <br /> . McQuaid relayed in speai:ng with George Costa , he was of the opinion <br /> that the town was not being compensated adequately for the right-of-way being <br /> requested from the developer. <br /> Attorney 1 i rra i ne stated, as it stands now, the dere l oiler wou l d be con- <br /> veying IS acres in return for I . 1 acres, which is what represents the total <br /> square footage of land included within the layout of the proposed roadway. <br /> Attorney Ki rra i ne commented the developer is proposing to redesign and has' eng i- <br /> veered the intersection of Route 28 and Ashers. Path , to accomodate concerns <br /> with traffic flow ire. conjution with the Transfer Station. A Iarge amount of <br /> this cost will be funded by the developer.:- <br /> Mr.. Gree l i sh {stated he would like to arrange a -meeting with the Planning <br /> Board to discuss this mat-ter. <br /> 9. ) Copy of memo re : Meeting to discuss P.T.
