Mr. l eelon stated that if they are keeping the monthly inspections and they are
coming out okay then couldn't they say that if they don't come out okay then the
additional training comes in, but, if they 1 ...
Mr. Doherty asked who was going to make that decision.
Mr, fall replied that it would be the health agent and the consultant.
Mr. Doherty stated that if the health agent has a say in it that is great. But, thea
you leaving a very...contractor that has no control over it. will he accept that? If
you leave it completely in his hands, but excuse him for saying so, I have a ear
payment to make and you guys aren't doing that well. Mr. Doherty stated that
sometimes he is too blunt.
Mr. Ball stated that they could also leave it open. Leave it in as Mr: Harr-ington is
requesting. But leave it as ars open door just in case the agent Bels that they need
the other two hours.
Mr. Doherty asked how the tax code looked at this type of situation. Not sale tax,
but tax purposes at the end of the year.
Mr. Neelon stated that it would be up to the IRS to determine if it is-reasonable
and necessary.
1 Ys. v and n stated that what if they tools out A3 arra applied that 8 hours and
applied it to the last four months. They are already getting on A 1 2 hours and
then 5 hours. Maybe you could increase ...
Mr. Harrington stated and they are still getting weekly inspections.
Ms, Warders stated that they could increase the hours by one hour and make it
an even ten. Make it 10 hours in the first tyro-months.
Mr. Neelon stated that he understood where she was going with this. It almost
duplicates itself. A.1. and A2 already give 7 hours in the first two months. Get rid
f A3 and put a flat 8 hours of additional on the back four- months.
Ms. warden stated that that was correct. To her this as presented is redundant.
Mr. Harrington concurred and stated that this was acceptable.
Mr. l eel n and Ms. Cheri agreed.
Mr. Harrington asked for them to reiterate the changes.
Ms. warden stated that we would take out A3 and acid 6 hours to A2 and leave Al
as is.
Mr. Neelon stated that down in B3 change the bi-weekly to monthly upon
4
