TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> MARCH 7", 2002 <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM. <br /> Members present: John Doherty, Steven Ball, Glen E. Sign warrants. <br /> Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Review minutes of Emergency Meeting December 13, 20011 <br /> January 3, 2002, January 17, 2002 & February 7, 2002. <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that Mr. Santos dropped off a <br /> letter dated March 6th, 2002. The letter is as follows, "I have <br /> reviewed the minutes of December 13th, 2001, January 3, 2002 <br /> and January 17th, 2002 and I accept the minutes as submitted. I <br /> abstain from the minutes of February 7th, 2002, as I did not attend <br /> that meeting. I will agree to any changes to the above-mentioned <br /> minutes by my fellow board members; John Doherty and Steve <br /> Ball. If nominated, I would like to be the Board of Health <br /> representative to the Recycling Committee, as I was a member of <br /> the previous committee. 1 apologize to the Board for not being in <br /> attendance, but feel that this letter will expedite the acceptance <br /> of the minutes. Sincerely, L. Glenn Santos. " <br /> Mr. Doherty made a motion to accept the minutes for December <br /> 13, 2001, January 3rd, 2002, January 17th, 2002 and February 7th, <br /> 2002. Mr. Ball seconded the motions. Motions passed. <br /> 2. Emergency Certifications: <br /> 14 Pocknomett Street <br /> Mr. Harrington indicated that the leach pit was full to the cover <br /> over the pipe. The intent is to locate the septic tank and make it <br /> more accessible. They also need to install two 500-gallon <br />
