This process also <br /> has to go through DEP review that has an $1100.00 submittal fee. The <br /> DEP attorneys will go through it. They make sure that the deeds are <br /> written in such a manner that the secondary lot remains in perpetuity. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that all it says on the restrictions is that they be <br /> joined together not separate. He would need to see something a little <br /> more convincing that what the applicant had provided to the BOH by <br /> way of a deed document. Household Hazardous Waste Collections Dates Set - Request for <br /> Volunteers: <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that the dates have been set for the <br /> regional household hazardous waste collection days. There are a few <br /> days that will be held in Mashpee at the Mashpee High School. The <br /> letter states that due to security reasons it will not be held on the base <br /> anymore. Each of the towns had offered to take a couple of the dates. <br /> Mashpee High School is scheduled for June Sth, 2002 and October 121", <br /> 2002. The DPW has requested a couple of volunteers. He hadn't been to <br /> one so he would be at one. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that the BOH members usually make it a point to <br /> show up at them. <br /> Mr. Ball asked Ms. Warden if they hadn't been held in Bourne last year. <br /> Ms. Warden responded that they didn't get a very good response at that <br /> location last year. They would like to keep it on a main road. That is why <br /> they scheduled it at the high school. They considered the transfer <br /> station on a date that it was closed. Mr. Gregg Taylor of the DPW stated <br /> that the transfer station was only closed one day a week. To open it on <br /> that day would require additional funds and it was off of the beaten <br /> track, which would make it difficult for people who are not familiar with <br /> 4 <br />
