He didn't want to hold the homeowners up. <br /> Ms. Garron stated that that was what Ms. Warden had originally <br /> suggested. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that that as built has to be submitted or he wouldn't agree <br /> with this and then they would deal with the installer. <br /> Mr. Harrington reiterated that the as built has to be submitted from the <br /> installer and the engineer. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to request that an as built from the installer has <br /> to be received in this office before issuance of compliance. Health agent <br /> to follow up with the illegal installation of the septic system. The <br /> installer cannot install any further septic systems in Mashpee until he <br /> passes his exam or be fined daily. <br /> Mr. Harrington recommended that they bring him before the board for a <br /> show cause anyway and they will make a decision at that point in time. <br /> Mr. Ball asked how long he had been installing septic systems on the <br /> Cape. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that it was at least 16 years. <br /> Ms. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> DISCUSSION: <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> Being no further business, Mr. ball made a motion to adjourn this meeting <br /> at 8:31 PM. Mr. Santos seconded the motion.
