t
a
ms. Garron replied that the Provender catering Company was pulling the
permit.
Mr. Harrington confirmed that it was Provender Limited that was doing the
catering. They had submitted their servSafe certificate.
Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the temporary food permits for
Provender Limited/Boys & Girls club Event and the Friends of the Mashpee
Library with an exemption of the $25.00 fee for the non-profit group. ICAs.
Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed.
APPOINTMENT: cape & Islands Engineering 17 canoch t Avenue
Ir. sanicki was present on behalf of the applicant's for 17 eanochet
Avenue. He began by stating that this was a 5,000 square foot lot, They
did go to conservation to obtain their approval in the back . They have an
existing well with an existing house. They are requesting a variance to
the leaching and the reserve. The leaching being 1201 and the reserve 1081
for the local variance. This is in a Zone II there was another parcel with a
whole plan that was done that was ornitted from the biography.
Mr. Santos stated that he was glad that this was going in this direction
because he was having a problem with 5,000 square feet.
Mr, sanick! agreed and continued that there was nitrogen 15,000 square
foot required. There was another engineered plan that was part of a
pack6t. It was missing. He then began to explain the pians to the Boli
members as to where the lot for nitrogen credit was located.
Mr..Santos asked what was the size of the lot.
Mr. sanicki replied that he thought it was around 17,000 square feet;
There was a septic system design and everything. They went to the
Conservation Commission and it was determined that there was a
certifiable vernal pool in the back of the lot. That became a dead lot. Mr.
Bateman was buying that lot to offset the nitrogen loading for 15,000
square feet. That would be the parcel. The reason that this was given to
them was because they were both in the same Zone. This was the plan.
The other lot was 17,625 square feet. They had that plan on file anyway. It
was previously submitted.
Mr. Barrington asked what the address was for the second parcel. He
answered his own question, 1t was 8 sagam re Road. Mr. Harrington then
went and obtained the 8 sagamore load file for preview by the BOH
members.
4
