<br /> Mr. Santos stated that they would have to have an establishment license
<br /> before they could approve the variance.
<br /> Ms, Warden stated that they could approve this request pending the
<br /> agent"s inspection.
<br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he was fine with this request.
<br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the variance request for an at home
<br /> massage facility at 203 Monomos oy Road for Ms. Jennifer Hatch
<br /> pending inspection by health agent. Mr. Santos seconded the motion.

<br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that he had ar couple of these addresses
<br /> that had to be addressed individually and the rest of the addresses where
<br /> just blanket approvals. They were in Zone 11 and fell under the usual
<br /> grandfathered septic requirements,, Mr., Ball made a notion to approve
<br /> the request for a one year extension on the following septic applications:
<br /> 23 Pine Avenue, 137 & 139 Falmouth-Sandwich Road, 5, 15, 18, 25, 289
<br /> 29, 31,; 459 499 539 56, 65, 69 Lakeview Drive 1
<br /> 10, 11, 12113, 14 Sheffield Place, 10, 14 S. sandwich Road, 9, 11, 13, 15,
<br /> 18 Tudor Place, 12 Wintergreen Road and 33 BearRoad, Ms. Grady
<br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed

<br />' Ir. Harrington stated that those properties are not in Zone 11, They were
<br /> originally proposed with wells, They noir have town water available,, They
<br /> have, in the past, approved these extensions with the condition that they
<br /> submit a -day affidavit to tie into town water when available.
<br /> Mr. Ball asked if there were problems in the areas in which they were
<br /> requiring people to tie into town water. Baythore Drive has good water.
