He could make a motion to
approve the request for a one-year extension providing that she hook into
town water upon availability. if she didn't have a problem with this
condition he would make a motion to grant an extension with the
stipulation that an affidavit would be signed by Ms. Muse stating that she
will connect to town grater when it became available. Mr. Santos
seconded the motion. The intent is to install two 500-gallon chambers with 41of
stone, a vent and charcoal filter as proposed by Bortolotti Construction.
Mr. Harrington had an additional comment, Bortolotti installed this and
the stone was no good. He made there tear it out and put in washed
stone. It was the worst he had ever seen.
Mr. Ball asked where Mr, Bortolotti obtained the stone.
Mr. Harrington replied that it was from Cape Cod Aggregate. However,
from what he understood, the Cape Cod Aggregate plant was-being torn
down and everything was coring out of Bourne. He lot several of the
other installers know about the quality of the stone from this source.
They have been forewarned.
The board members forwarded their signatures to the emergency repair
certification form.
g. -1 District Approval - 68 I i ole t is Way i trellis :
Mr, Harrington began by stating that the leaching chambers weren't H20.
He had therm charged that.
