Warden stated that they don't have any regulation. It was more of a <br /> board policy. They were trying to give everyone who has a failed septic <br /> an opportunity to connect to town water because it is the most potable <br /> source of water. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the regulation that goes exist is the affidavit <br /> that if they don't have the 150' they do have to provide the affidavit. Plus, <br /> town water is available. They don't have wait 60days it is already there. <br />
