He wanted to look into what he could <br /> do. Shortly after that, both gentlemen spoke with r, sanicki regarding <br /> this issue. There was nothing that he knew of that was available t 'the <br /> general public to meet the standards for the regulation. it is just not there. ; <br /> In other words they were asking for 10 parts per-million nitrogen loading. <br /> Mr. Santos asked to be able to correct some of what Mir. sanicki had just <br /> said. lir, carbonneau cane in to speak to the board informally and stated <br /> that he was unaware of the regulation or didn't know that when there was <br /> a transference of property ownership that the 600 gallon per day rule was <br /> applicable. He then asked if the BOHou'ld be grilling to work with the <br /> new o �rner regarding some type of variance, The board's response at that <br /> time was for him to put something together on paper and bring it to therm. ;. <br /> Thea Mr. Hajjar cane in and spoke with the board. The board set strict <br /> timelines for the completion of this project* They wanted to see plans in <br /> front of them in three-months and within six-months they wanted to see <br /> some type of progression. The agreement was that within a year <br /> something was going to be in the ground* <br /> Mr. Hajjar confirmed that was the agreement. He called W, Talanian as <br /> their first option in order to tie in with him. it mould have made everyone <br /> happy, including himself. They realized that was probably a couple of <br /> years down the road. He didn't think it was going to fly. He has had <br /> several meeting with Mr. Talanian along with several phone <br /> conversations. He would love to have him tie in. But, Mr, Hajjar felt that he <br /> was being held up a little bit over there, <br /> Mr. Santos stated that they have one piece of property that they had <br /> approved. He and Mr, Sall were speaking about that earlier. 1t was <br /> Mashpe Life". They allowed them to install the current systems with the <br /> understanding that they were going to tie in to the Talanian project, He <br /> was going to go with the Amphidrome and it was going to be better for <br /> everyone. That was two years ago. <br /> Mr. Haijar stated that that was their first option for them and it was still <br /> viable, He wanted to put everything on the table and have the board <br /> advise him as to which direction they wanted him to pursue.
