eA
k
he would at least vivant to tell you that this is one thing that they did
cover.
Mr. Santos thought that on that last building, he and Mr. Doherty were
speaking with George Heufelder. He was stating that the effluent from
that just could not go into a treatment system. It couldn't go into a
standard Title V. 1t had to be into it's own treatment plant.
Mr. Harrington agreed and added that it would have to be in it's own
treatment plant.
1I . What was going to be on the first floor?.
Mr. Harrington responded that there was going to be retail on the first
floor.
Ir. Santos asked if they were going to have an elevator. This was pretty
much a head's up to the board members,.
Mr. Farrington agreed that that was all it was. 1t had been in the news and
he figured that the board of health would want to know about what was
going on. He just went to this information meeting yesterday. They really
have very little input per jurisdiction because it is tied to the wastewater
treatment plant. He still had to ask the question and the state is going to
have to review this for the treatment pleats permit.
Mr. Santos asked if stop & shop and all that over there was tied into the
14
