If the other board members felt the need to change this rule,.Mr. <br /> Ball continued that since this area has been nothing but a headache for <br /> all of there. If they did grant variances for this address and the last <br /> address then they should consider a moratorium on granting any more <br /> variances in this area. <br /> Mr. Grotzke was in agreement with Mr. Ball. <br /> Mr. Ball thought that this might force them to bring the sewerage Pipe up <br /> to this area. <br /> Mr, Grotzke added that it was going to be in the owners' Fest interest to <br /> pursue the connection. Not only for these last two owners but also to the <br /> other owners who have been held to limiting the number of bedrooms until <br /> the treatment plant is connected. They are all very interested In seeing <br /> the connection come through and pay for it directly. As soon as the design <br /> is completed by DEP.
