' 15 <br /> Mr. Harrington asked if they could continue this item on the agenda. MIs. <br /> Warden worked on this item and she was not there to truly represent it. <br /> There is a new process out there. There is a "wet tanning". It is a spray <br /> solution. They wanted to research it a little and incorporate it into <br /> regulation. <br /> 13, Board of Health Appointment to new Zoning review Croup: <br /> Mr. Harrington said that Marys ose Grady wasn't there so they would <br /> appoint her in absentia. <br /> Mr. Ball and Mr. Santos felt that that was appropriate. <br /> Mr. Harrington backtracked and stated that in reality it was supposed to <br /> be the chairman or the chairman would have to designate someone. <br /> Mr. Santos responded that it was difficult for him to attend a meeting in <br /> the riddle of the day. <br /> Mr. Ball agreed and noted that he would begin to work a full day as well. <br /> He suggested that one of the health agents should be the designated <br /> representative to the new Zoning Review Croup. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion that Mr. Harrington will be the designated <br /> representative. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 14. Review of Hon-compliance: 5 Deerfield Toad: <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that this was an overflowing system for <br /> as long as he has been at the BOH. The owner is ( lark Clarke. The <br /> husband is estranged* His wife Mary Clarke is still living at the house <br /> with the [ids. The system has been overflowing. Even notice that he has <br /> seat to Mr. Clarke he refuses to pick up. They have had the sheriff deliver <br /> letters to him on two occasions. Right now the last time that they spoke <br /> with him, which was ,January 1', 2003. Mr. Clarke advised Mr. <br /> Harrington that he was going to go through the county loan program. Mr. <br /> Clark has yet to contact therm* It was now a month and one half, almost <br /> two months later. Mr. Clarke has still not contacted the county. It is still <br /> net fixed. Mr. Harrington was looking for the board's approval to send hire <br /> a $300.00 notice. <br /> Mr. Santos added that they were basically facing eviction. He didn't want <br /> to go down that road. But, it was bad enough with the kids playing out in <br /> the yard, There was also the neighbors to consider. <br /> Mr. Harrington agreed and noted that he had received complaints since <br /> he arrived from the neighbors. <br />
