Farrington concurred and added that they were a 4-H group. <br /> Ills. Warden continued that all of the other camps, such as the day camps <br /> for Leisure servicesq don't require a permit. <br /> Mr. Santos interjected that the board had to decide on a fee, <br /> Mr. Ball asked hover many hours did it take them to complete the form. <br /> i1 Mr. Harrington felt that it was a full hour of sitting down with them and <br /> k then the follow up review after it was submitted. It was a couple of hours <br /> worth of full review time. <br /> 4 <br /> F <br /> E <br /> IIIb. Ball telt that $100.00 was reasonable. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that they needed to make a motion that they were going <br /> to declare a tee and ars amount. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to add a summer camp tee to the current tee <br /> schedule. The tee shall be $100.00. Ms. Grady seconded the motion. The <br /> motion passed. Mr. Ball made a motion to grant the permit was also <br /> granted to Paul Turner's Ultimate soccer camp at Heritage Park from <br /> April 241 through the 251h and .duly 7th through the 110% 2003, as long as <br /> k <br /> they meet all requirements. Ms. Grady seconded the motion. The motion <br /> Passed. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked the board members if they wanted the camps to <br /> cone before the boards <br /> The board members unanimously felt that the health agents could handle <br /> thisprocess with out their involvement unless there was something that <br /> . <br /> would require them to review the applicants. IIIb. Ball made a motion to <br /> allow the health agents to coordinate the permit applications and inspect <br /> camps.s. Ills. Grady seconded the motion.
