He did not know if they were allowed <br /> extensions from local regulations. That was his only question now, <br /> Mr. Ball didn't believe there were any exemptions to the town's local <br /> regulations as it stands. <br /> Mr, Harrington disagreed and noted that if it was 40B it does. He didn't <br /> know if this part of HUD was part of chapter 408. HUD was federal and <br /> Chapter 40B is state, He wasn't sure exactly howthis-fit in to the Title V <br /> regulations, This property was not in the Zone 11 area but it was over 600 <br /> CPD. He would have to find out if they had to provide a denitrification <br /> system or not. <br /> iT <br /> Mr. Santos asked if he was going to be able to clarify this by the next <br /> meeting, <br /> Mr, Harrington replied that he would have this accomplished by the next <br /> meeting. He felt <br /> that Mr. Harrington could get a -ahead from-the bardf <br /> Ms, Grady agreed and felt that Mr. Harrington could put that letter <br /> together on the board's behalf once he determined whether or not they <br /> were exempt from the local Title V regulations. <br /> Mr, Harrington added that he would contact Leila Botsford at Mashpee <br /> Housing Authority. He would explain that he couldn't make it to the <br /> meeting. But, he would like to see whet the project entails. New Seabury carne in to the <br /> board before he became a member, This was before the year 2000. They <br /> were asking for three-year extensions for the four or five bedroom homes <br /> on the quarter of an acre on Flat Pond. <br /> Mr. Harrington interjected that it was all being tied in to the treatment <br /> ' plaint. <br /> Mr, Santos re-Iterated that it was all being tied in to the treatment. The <br /> Cape cod Commission shut it down about sic months to a year ago,. Now <br /> It was back in front of them again.
