F k Mrs Ball noted that it should delineate exactly where they cannot smoke. IIs. Warden suggested that they make it "No smoking on Heritage Park grounds." Mr. Ball suggested "Ho smoking per the town of Mashpee." Ms, Warden suggested "No smoking per the Board of Health,' Mrs Bail thought that that was a good idea. . Account Balances Mr,, Harrington wanted to order certain items from the balances available in the accounts. The money won't be available next year. He would like to have the vehicle looked at for any necessary repairs. They expect to get a new vehicle in 2004. However, if there is something major with the vehicle they will go right back to the finance committee, He also wanted to order some other tools and toys. He would like a level, rod and stadia { level. He knew how to use it for checking septic systems,, That was a matter of receiving aw kit with legs, rod and a level for $350.00, He will use { it., They were just going to go through and shop a little bit. Mr. Ball asked if the building department couldn't contribute to the replacement of the file cabinets. Miss Warden stated that that was like pulling teeth. OLD BUSINESS: A, Board Meeting schedule After a lengthy discussion the board decided to try meeting once a month on the third Thursday. This would change upon demand if there were agenda items that needed to be addressed in a more expeditious manner especially regarding Title V issues.
