Variance request- Greenwood Homeowner's Association <br /> Mrs Harrington noted that the Greenwood Homeowner's Association <br /> requested the same-variance last year. This was to utilize the "Creat <br /> White peel cleaner that travels on its own. They had requested for the <br /> board to allow there a variance that extended for five years. The board <br />,a <br /> denied that, but did allow therm to return annually for this variance <br />'F request. <br /> i Ms. Warden elaborated on the topic by staying that when the board denied <br /> them the variance they went to the state The state granted the variance <br /> with the condition that they request the variance annually from the board <br /> of health <br /> Mr. Santos asked if this was a replacement for the bottom drain. <br /> Ms. Warden responded that that was correct. The pool was so old that the <br /> only alternative to this method was to do away with the pool. <br /> Mr. Harrington added that without a main drain on the bottom he was <br /> Y <br /> actually happy with this method because of the potential for entrapments <br /> This was a better unit actually. <br /> { <br /> Ms. Warden noted that the pool was getting old. She was sure that in the <br /> next couple of years they would just replace the entire pooh she was sure <br /> that was Mr. Santos concern in this matter. <br />
