If all of the other departments were satisfied <br /> through the process that you would have to go through. He would then <br /> have to comply with 'Title V. <br /> Mr. Bateman stated that in theory they could do it. <br /> lr. Harrington agreed that that could be done concurrently with the <br /> boards. Again that was a lot to ask. if Mr. Bateman goes through with all <br /> of that and the other boards say no it would be a lot of wasted time. <br /> Mr. Ball was thinking that afterwards it might be worth it. <br /> Ills. Grady re-iterated that right now they would be reduced to four dogs. <br /> Ir. Harrington agreed that that was correct. if the other departments are <br /> satisfied then they could comply with the Title V issues. <br /> Mr. Ball noted that the reduction in dogs would satisfy this board., <br /> Mrs. Bateman asked how long it would take to find out from the other <br /> departments if this could end up working. is there any way to keep the <br /> dogs until a final decision was made <br /> Mr. Ball asked Mr. Harrington who would know that, <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he was unable to say, it was redly up to hover <br /> each of the departments was going to handle this issue. Mr. Wheeler was <br /> stating that the property couldn't even be used as a kennel. They would <br /> have to go through the sane type of appeal with them. He supposed that <br /> that would have to be clone. <br /> Ms. Clancy interjected that she didn't understand that if the only concern <br /> here was the septic system. Thea they were dosing something. <br /> Ms. Grady Mated that this wasn't the only concern. <br /> FIs. Clancy stated that this was the only concert in the letter. <br />
