He spoke to the owner who came in. He <br /> gage then the floor plan to figure out where it was going, He couldn't <br /> determine where this was outside, <br /> Nis* Grady thought it was located near the handicapped parking spacer <br /> Ms, Warden noted that they wanted to relocate it outside to here. <br /> Ms. Grady re-iterated that that was the handicapped parking space. <br /> IVIS. Warden noted that they would be going around the corner to get the <br /> ice. she felt that anybody could put their little grubby hands into it. <br /> IVIr. Harrington stated that the reason why he would be okay with this was <br /> under certain conditions. It was covered and there was an overhang that <br /> this was under; They were outside with a facade that goes up and is part <br /> of the root. This part was cover and it went around the corner, <br /> Nis. Warden's concern was that there would be access to the machine. <br /> Ms. <br /> Grady stated that there was no separate floor and it would be on the <br /> ground with condensation. <br /> Mr, Ball asked what type of ground was it on. Dirt? <br /> Mr. Darrington noted that there was a concrete slab that goes around it <br /> with paving. He wasn't super worried about the dust and everything <br /> because the doors will stay shut, They would have to lock it, <br /> Mr. Ball noted that that would be a condition if they did do this. <br /> IVIS. Warden stated that they were not going to lock it. They will claim that <br /> they will have it locked most of the time. <br />
