It was issued basically <br /> to get there out of the definition of a kennel because they no longer had <br /> the Title V violations because the kennel was no longer in operation. <br /> Ms. Warden asked if Mr. Harrington had the letter from Mr. Wheeler, <br /> (Mr, Harrington provided a copy of the letter from the building inspector to <br /> Mr. Bateman to the board members for review. <br /> Ms. Warden added that Mrs. Wheeler, building inspector, had written this <br /> letter this afternoon. <br /> Mr. Harrington added that Mr, Wheeler had asked hint to deliver this letter <br /> to Mr. Bateman for him. <br /> Ms. Daly, animal control officer, asked Mr. Harrington what was stated in <br /> the letter. <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that the letter basically stated that Mr. Wheeler <br /> was not allowed access to the home this afternoon. <br /> Mr. Bateman added that the dogs were in the home at the time. His <br /> stepdaughter was in the process of taking them to various places this <br /> evening. That would still leave four dogs. That was because they were not <br /> aware of the interpretation of the laws today. They were still looking for a <br /> home for the fourth dog today. The kennel or the dog cages-are going to <br /> with the three of the dogs that are going to Harwich to a junkyard where <br /> they will reside for a while. That will leave three cages in the back for the <br /> three dogs.
