However, the <br /> board's requirement for the three-month letter should have included a <br /> signed contract from the company who would do the work and the date it <br /> would be completed within the allotted time frame. <br /> Ms. Grady was very dissatisfied that they had called only two companies, <br /> one of whom did not return calls, when there were any number of <br /> companies who could do the work on the Cape. <br /> Mr. Ball asked what the board members mould like the agents to dos <br /> Mr. Santos wanted a definitive time frame from them Within two weeks, <br /> Ms. Grady added that they wanted to re-iterate to therm that they only had <br /> six-months. If this system was not installed and running within six-months <br /> that would be itV <br /> Ms. Warden noted that it had to be installed within three-months. <br /> Mr. Harrington clarified that the exemption would be rescinded and <br /> nobody would be allowed to smoke. <br /> Ms. Grady added that the exemption was only for that particular pre- <br /> existing business that was in place at the time the regulation was <br /> initiated. There would be no further exemptions for therm or anyone else. <br /> Ms. Grady made a motion requiring Tinder Box Internationale to provide <br /> the board with a definitive timeline for the installation of the ventilation <br /> system along with a contract to install within two creeks. Failure to <br /> complete this task within the next three-months timeframe will result in <br /> the board rescinding the original exemption allowing patrons to smoke in <br /> the smoking room. Mr. Santos seconded the motion, Motion passed. <br /> E.
