Mr. Ball stated that the board needed to vote to authorize Mr. Harrington <br /> to contact town counsel through Ms. Mason's office. <br /> Mr, Santos made a motion to authorize the agent to request legal <br /> counsel's review and opinion In this matter. Ms. Grady seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> . Septic Loan-Program <br /> Mr. Ball noted that his second concern was the $200,000.00 grant. He <br /> wanted to make sure that this got on the agenda. He was asked today if <br /> they needed the whop $200,000.00. Could they get away with { <br /> $1501000100? <br /> Ms. Warden said "no". Why Who cares? <br /> Mr. Ball stated that he was just asking a question. <br /> Ms. Warden replied that they couldn't drop the figure because they have <br /> used it all up before. <br /> Mr, Harrington interjected that somebody must think that this money goes <br /> to the board. <br /> Mr. Ball agreed that that was in fact the case. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that that was a huge misconception. <br /> Ills. Grady interjected that there was nothing worse than when the town <br /> doesn't have the money, she knew somebody in Yarmouth who has to go <br /> to a Laundromat, she couldn't do anything because she couldn't get the <br /> money. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that the selectmen are so confused about this whole issue. <br /> Ills. Warden recommended mended that Mrs, Bendall Ayers from the county should <br /> be present at the seting. <br /> [r. Ball stated that it was the same sele trnans But, they were at it again. <br /> He wanted to get away from this. <br /> Ms. Warden asked why they couldn't wrap their heads around this issue. <br /> Mrs Santos was advised at the last meeting that Ms. Mason carne in at <br /> 6:00 PILI or 6:15 PM. It was the eleventh hours she recommended <br /> 29 <br />
