Ms, Daly was going to go <br /> there today because she had received the first barking complaint from the <br /> property. So, he would find out tomorrow and take it from there. But,, if the <br /> hoard would like to take outer actions they could to that too. <br /> IVIS. Warden wanted to remind the board that they are in violation of the <br /> board's initial directives. <br /> Mr, Santos recommended that they give the health agent the authorization <br /> to issue a certified letter to Mr. Bateman citing a $300.00 per day tine for <br /> failure to comply with board directives. This would be based on Mr. <br /> Harrington's findings. <br /> Ms, Grady was in absolute agreement. <br /> Ids, Garron added that she had spoken to Mr. Bateman trice. He wanted <br /> the hoard to know that he had made contact with his daughter who she <br /> was believed was IVIS. Clancy. He wanted the board to know that <br /> everything had been resolved. She just wanted to relay what Mr. Bateman' <br /> had said. Mr,, Bateman was under the impression that they have done <br /> what they are supposed to do. She couldn't discuss anything with hire <br /> because he wasn't sure what the result was with Mr, Harrington. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to give the health agent the authorization to <br /> issue a certified letter to IIIb.
