Harrington and <br /> Veronica A. Warden. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Sign warrants. <br /> Warrants signed. <br /> so <br /> . Approve minutes of.dune 19th, 2003, and July 10'', 2003. <br /> Minutes were deferred until a full board was present. <br /> . Request for change in I/A monitoring requirements - Santuit Inn <br /> Mr. Harrington thought that Chris or Matt Costa would be here for the <br /> appointment, He felt that they could discuss it and he could send the <br /> comments. The first problem he had with this was that he had not <br /> received any testing at all for the recirculating sand filter that was put in <br /> in March. They should have .June and September data and they don't. H <br /> had a problem with reducing somebody's monitoring when they haven't <br /> done any yet. They did grant variance before. However, it was a year <br /> round residence and it was after having year of average data that was <br /> within their permit specifications. The board did not have that for this <br /> address. <br /> Mr. Santos felt that the first thing that came to mind was "spring". He was <br /> going to fire this system up and it was not going to work. Correct? The <br /> system wawa dormant all winter and then he would run it a few weeks <br /> before he takes the test. <br /> Mr. Harrington interjected that the DEP requested that they wait 45 days <br /> after opening. <br /> Mr. Santos felt that it would be more like early summer and early fall. <br /> Mr. Harrington added that they could Mate whatever dates they wanted. <br /> But, the DEP went by forty-five days after opening. <br /> . Grady added that the board had been Pretty consistent about <br /> L_ - <br />
