theme anything further because they had standing violations against there.
They could go out to inspect at any time.
IVIS. Warden was thinking about procedure. If they were in violation and
you send a $300.00 fine. They come in and pay the $300.00. Then they
were in violation again it mould become generalized. They could tell them
that they would be out to re-inspect.
Mr. Harrington asked IIID. Warden why they would have to tell there that.
They would tell there that they would be fined $300.00 for this occurrence
on this date November ", 2003, for being found in violation. You would
say that every time that inspector cones to the property and they had
more than three dogs they would be in violation. They didn't have to tell
them that they would have to tell them that they would inspect them on a
certain day. They didn't have to give them that chance.
IIT. Grady added that she would like there to just show up there
unannounced.
Mr. Harrington agreed and added that IIT. Daly doesn't tell then when she
will be back. She just advised them that she would be back.
Mr. Santos felt that they should re-inspect within a couple of creeks after
they pay the fine.
IIIb. Harrington added that the puppies were tine until they were three
months old and then they were considered dogs. If they maintain the dogs
after three months they would be in violation. He felt that they had to at
least send them a message.
Ms. Grady and Mr. Santos both agreed with Mr,, Harrington's position on
this matter.
Mr. Santo made a motion to issue a one-time $300.00 fine to IIID. Clancy
and IVIS. Hayden also advising them that any subsequent violations would
result in a $ I .00 per clay fine with each day constituting a different
offense. Ms. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed,
APPOINTMENT: C, Veronica Z lins i - S.A.S. Installation Without a Permit
This agenda item was continued until the board was able to clarify that
#s. Zylinski was properly notified of the appointment date and time.
DISCUSSION
A. Review of BOH Policies versus Regulation
IIIb, Harrington felt that they should wait until there was a full board
