Mr. <br /> Harrington was not going to hold up the condemnation just for interior <br /> doors. <br /> Ms, Warden asked if the board had to lift the condemnation or did the <br /> board have to do that? <br /> Mr. Harrington believed that the agents could lift the condemnation since <br /> they were member of the board, Mr. Harrington wasn't 100% sure if the <br /> board had to do it. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to remove the condemnation of 56 South <br /> Sandwich Road is placed on the agenda. Ms. Grady seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to remove the condemnation of 56 south <br /> Sandwich Load based upon the last inspection preformed by Glen E. <br /> Harrington, health agent. IVIS. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> D. 92 Alsonquin Avenue <br /> Ms. Grady asked for an update on this situation. <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that he had sent the certified letter: Ms. Clancy <br /> got a copy, But, the fine itself went to Mr, Bateman. He told Mr. <br /> Harrington to put thein on the agenda for the next meeting. He had some <br /> recommendations as to how it should be handled. If they could put in the <br /> packet the other respondent's quote. Something in writing when the DPW <br /> had to re-do the work that they did last summer. He went out there to look <br /> at the landfill on Friday and there were a lot of sections of the landfill that <br /> weren't mowed yet. Then they did it without the contract and it wasn't <br /> complete. They want payment, He had a lot of issues with this company <br /> and would Ise to bring thein to the nett meeting. Mro cassanelli did not <br /> need to be at the meeting, He just felt that they shouldn't have to keep <br /> inviting there to the open meetings only to be ignored. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Dr. Lewis Mantel was present to discuss the innovative alternative septic <br /> 1 <br />
