Carron asked if there would bo any DEP approval. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that there should.not be any variances or DEP <br /> approval to complicate matters, <br /> Mr. Sall reiterated that they would give him final approval on this matter. <br /> They would get through this tonight and hand everything off to hint for the <br /> final resolution of the installation of the system, seven days from today's <br /> date for the scheduling of the perk test, fourteen days from the date of the <br /> perk fest and thirty days from the date of the approval of the plans. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked the board members if they wanted to suspend the <br /> fines as long as they meet all of these requirements. <br /> Mr. Sall asked how the whole would add up as far the fines and what the <br /> board wanted to do at this time, He asked the other board members what <br /> they wanted to do suspend the fines, issue the fine for the $76,200.00. As <br /> far as the $300.00 per day now, from here on end until it was done. They could push the dates <br /> back. That was something that demanded communication with the health <br /> department, If they came up against some crazy snafu that was <br /> unforeseen, They were not trying to...They have always tried to work with <br /> people, if there was an unforeseen circumstance they had always granted <br /> a few extra days. That was something that could be a phone call to the <br /> three of therm. <br /> Mr. Decoursey added that halfway through this they determine that they <br /> might meed another week or so.
