Harden began by giving explanations as to what the town <br /> administrator wanted from them in regards to compensation time. <br /> ICAs. Grady asked if the health agents were salaried or hourly. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that they were salaried. <br /> Ids. Grady replied that that was why this memo came out. <br /> IVIS. Warden didn't get any money. It was a contradictory memo. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the comp time didn't affect their-budget it was <br /> merely a trading of time. <br /> Mr, Ball stated that comp time prior to the last two years was approved by <br /> the board. <br /> further discussion ensued between the beard members and health <br /> agents regarding hew the memo slid or did net affect the department. The <br /> decision was made by the board of health members that all of Glen <br /> Harrington's comp time would be approved by the beard. Mr. Harrington <br /> would review and approve the comp time for Ids. Warden and Ills. Carron, <br /> C. Landfill Monitoring - October 2003 Found <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they were in the process of getting the last two <br /> wells fined, which initially couldn't be found. They were going to b <br /> rewired and all of the levels were below ML's and they were geed for <br /> the groundwater samplings. <br /> Mr. Sall asked if they were going to work towards a reduction in the <br /> quarterly testing. <br /> Mr, Harrington granted to get the wells fined before they approached the <br /> state through the engineers to reduce the quarterly testing. <br /> Being no further business, Mr. Ball made a motion to adjourn the meeting <br /> at 70:05 PM. Ills. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br />
