4
OL
engineer out on the property. The engineer had several renditions as far
as what the I eac h1ng would look like. This one appeared to be the best
option. There was a series of leaching trenches and the reserve is being
installed. They were all three-feet apart.
Mr. Santos asked what he did net like on the first plan.
Mr. Harrington stated that where they are installing the reserve area.
Rather than using the bull run valve, they wanted to cap the lines in the d-
bo . He couldn't find the note in the capping of the lines. It was on there.
They referenced on the site plan on the detail that pointed to the d-bo
and describes it. Also, to put in down at the bottom of the page in the
leaching field notes. That was something that was not real typical. The
ether was a typographical error in the flow computations. He was showing
750 GPD when it was actually only 500 GPD. If they reached the 600 GPD
they were into another whole set of denitrification plans. They knew that
they were not because of the four pumps and the retail area was still only
Soo PDm They were not at the 600 GPD yet. It was merely a typo. That
was corrected. It would be vented with a carbon filter. It was underneath
the pavement, which requires it to be vented, along with a carbon filter.,
Mr. Ball asked if there were any questions from the board members,
Mr. Santos asked when they were going to be breaking ground.
Mr. Harrington didn't know exactly when they would be breaking ground.
The engineer described to him that he didn't know was that they use
contractors-who were also certified and licensed to do the gasoline
station. They had all the environmental liability insurances too because of
the potential gas problems that could occur at the gas station.-If they
hired a local licensed installer they would eliminate the meed to test and
license.
Ms, Warden recommended that the contract to pump the system be added
to the pians.
The board members agreed with her recommendations.
OLD BUSINESS
There was no old business.
NEW BUSINESS
A, New Dawn Tanning salon
Ir. Ball asked if they were ready to discuss this item.
1
