t
Ms, Gromelski stated that she understood.
Mr. Bricker interjected that he had be working directly with Ills. Warden
at the time. He wanted to add that by no means did he intend to not obey
the board's requirements, They did the inspection on August ', 2003.
That was give to Ms. Warden by A & B canco. That was communicated to
i
Bohler Engineering from a fax from Ms. warden to Mr. S erling. The
communication post the August6t
" 2003, at no point did IVIS. Warden or
the board state that they were in serious violation and reed to have the
system replaced as the wording per the Title 1 regulations. He felt that
they had shorn good faith in working Mr. Farrington at this point beating
every deadline with a wrap-up of the replacement on Saturday. He felt
that everything had been going to Mr. Harrington's satisfaction at this
point. Had this been the case with the conversation in September the
same result would have happened. They were working under the
guidelines in accordance to Title 1l. They did have their bathrooms shut
down for one clay because they backed up and the reason why that
happened was because the d-box got plugged. That was exactly why it
happened. They went out and made the emergency repairs and did the
emergency pumps. It had not happened since, He thea asked the health
agents if they were aware of any situation; He thought that the
bathrooms had been operating fine ever since. They Frage had a septic
company out there inspecting and pumping out if necessary.
Ibis. Warden stated that the alarm, which was still so frustrating to her,
for the power wash was still not hooked up to the counter.
Mr., Harrington stated that they couldn't do it initially because of the
frost.
Mr. Bricker interjected that that was the second alarm. They had an
alarm in there that shut the car wash down.
IVIS. Warden agreed with hint. But, that was not the alarm that she was
spewing of. she was speaking of the alarm that needed to be tied into
the counter of the food establishment. But, they agreed to put it in and
they knew that the frost was a problem this year.
Mr. Bricker stated that he was making sure that they had an extra
conduit installed under there. They would have two alarms. The first, as
discussed, at the °lam mark and if it didn't get pumped out before it gets
full the operation would be completely shut dowry. That was the one they
had installed right now, the shut down alarm.
