It was how many seats could
they have?
Mr. Farrington interjected that if it was permitted seats he had a letter
right here from the board of health showing that it was 68 seats. That
wasn't a far cry from'the 72 that was provided to him when he purchased
the property. Granted, there have been two instances where he had been
over his number of seats and he was sent letters accordingly. He and Ms. Warden n could be called out at
any time. They have been called out. They didn't mind ether departments
borrowing the vehicle when they were not going to be around. They have
not shorted each other as far as the necessity for the vehicle. He wanted
to make the board aware that this policy carne down. He suggested that
Ms, Warden continue the discussion with the information that she
uncovered.
Ms. Warden stated that she went to the town clerk because she had been
told that there was a by-law adopted back in 1983 at the town meeting
regarding the reimbursement of personal vehicle usage, According to this
14
i
4
