Mr. Hajjar got a discount of <br /> $175,000.00 and agreed to indemnify Mr. carbonneau for any cluster <br /> expenses that could be related to the denitrification or septic upgrades. <br /> The third letter was a letter from Mr, Hajjar's engineer talking about the <br /> condition of the septic systems than needed to be upgraded with <br /> denitrification systems put in. It itemized all of the costs related to these <br /> systems. He received it in August before the September sale went <br /> through.
