IIIb. Santos made a motion to approve BFPs reques in their letter to the <br /> board dated April 26th, 2004. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> 4 <br /> 51 <br /> Request for Waiver of Temporary Food Establihment Fee: Mashpee <br /> Chamber of commerce Ni Kt of 100 Wines" <br /> " <br /> The Mashpee chamber of Commerce asked the board of health to waive <br /> the $25.00 application fee per restaurant for this upcoming event. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to deny this request. Mr. Ball seconded the <br /> emotion. Motion passed. <br /> 61 Request for Food Establishment Permit* Moshe Bros. Supermarket,Inc. <br /> Mr. Harrington recommended that the board approve food establishment <br /> permit application# <br /> Mr, Santos made a motion to approve the food establishment permit <br /> application for Noche Brothers Supermarket with the usual condition of a <br /> passing final pre-opening inspection. Mr. Sall seconded the motion, <br /> Motion passed. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> A, Review of Regulations <br /> This was continued until the next meeting. <br /> DI SCUSSION: <br /> A. FYI: Town Vehicle Use and Availability Memo <br /> The board members reviewed and approved the turn vehicle use and <br /> availability memo, It will be forwarded to Ms. Mason and the selectmen. <br /> Being no farther business, Mr, Ball made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br /> Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed: <br /> B. FYI: 1Maple Street <br /> Mr. Harrington wanted to update the board members with the fact that a <br /> deed restriction had been filed, <br /> C, Request for Seasonal Food Establishment Permit: Little aim's Pizzeria <br /> Mr. Harrington asked the board to approve this seasonal food <br /> establishment, which had previously been coyote Crust. The restaurant <br /> was owned and managed by Bob Weekes. He recommended approval <br /> with the usual conditions. <br /> 5 <br /> Mr, Santos made a motion to approve the request for seasonal food <br /> establishment permit pending a final inspection by the health agent and <br /> M <br /> confirmation of S rrr afe certification.
