Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the minutes of January ate', 2004. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. APPOINTMENT: Carmen E. shay - I I Childs Road Mr. shay was present on behalf of the applicant. He was requesting approval for the following variances: A variance from the septic tank to the concrete foundation of four feet, A variance from septic tank to the side lot line of five feet. A 40 Mil Rubber Liner has been proposed along the foundation of the house within ten feet of the tank. A variance from the SAS to the setback from the side and rear lot lines of five feet and 3.5 and 1.5 from the side lot lines. Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the variances requested in Mr. Carmen E. Shay's letter to the board for 'I I Child's Road dated 05.06.04. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Right now the question was that they had written an order letter to Carbo's and the owner Mr. Richard! including them in the 600 GPD regulation, citing them as an operator of the septic system, i
