They asked Chris <br /> Costa to come back because of the variances due to the area. The house <br /> was getting squeezed in-between a retaining wall, it was his opinion that <br /> the house should be made smaller. If he wanted hire to go ahead and <br /> make a determination that he would. But, if he wanted to go to the board <br /> and try to get a different answer out of the board members he could. Mr. <br /> Costa opted to go back befre the board. He requested some additional <br /> time to deal with the owner on it.
