4 <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the variances requested by cape <br /> Islands in their letter dated August 13", 2004y as follows: A six-foot <br /> variance from the SAS to the street side property line. A 101 variance <br /> from the reserve area to the street side property lime. Mr. Santos <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Pharmaceutical Regulation <br /> The beard participated in a preliminary discussion of this regulation. But, <br /> felt that it would be better suited for a formal review and approval with <br /> the presence of a full board. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to continue this agenda item until the presence of <br /> a full board. Mr, Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> . Reguest for approval of Nitrogen Aggregation Plan -.:- 13 Maple street <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that this request carne from Bill Farrington a <br /> wilder. The request was incomplete due to the fact_that Mr. Farrington <br /> needed association approval, as the association owned'the open space <br /> that they granted to use for credit. The second missing element for <br /> approval was the full state application with the appendix 3 attachment, <br /> Mr. Harrington recommended that they continue this agenda item until <br /> they received the necessary Information for review and approval, <br /> 5 <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to continue this item on the agenda. Mr. Santos <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passu. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Dorn Cape,Engpeerin Appeal to BOH re: SAS 12 Gia + <br /> Lane <br /> Arne ojala was representing the client at 1Gia Lane. They were <br /> requesting a variance from CMR 15,211 and Mashpee BOH Regulation 3.7: <br /> reduction in setback, leaching facility to property line of eight-feet. Under <br /> Mashpee Regulation 3.7, a reduction in setback for the reserve facility to-, <br /> the wetland of 331. Due to the site constrictions (wetland and size), the <br /> system is proposed to be located in an area as far from the wetland as <br /> possible, which necessitates the need for the property line variance. <br /> nitrogen reducing system Bioclere is proposed to further treat the <br /> effluent. The base of the leaching facility is at least 101 above <br /> groundwater. The Mashpee conservation Commission had approved the <br /> site plan. They felt that by granting these variances, the sane degree of <br /> environmental protection could be achieved without strict application of <br /> the town of Mashpee BOH Regulations and Title V Regulations* <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that it was a pre=existing three-bedroom home. <br /> The main leaching was going to be 81 from the lot line.
