Request r Food Establishment Permit: Paulie's Uncommon Caf <br /> Ms. Grady asked if this was changing hands. <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that that was correct. A gentleman bought it and right <br /> now he was going through the ServSafe course. He did-not have it yet. They had a <br /> letter sent to the board by Megan who was the previous co-owner with her husband. <br /> She vias.ServSafe trained. The board had her certification. She as'staying on board <br /> as part of the sale agreement until he receives-his SrvSafe. <br /> Ms. Grady asked ed if Mr. Harrington had any other concerns. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that there were no other concerns. They needed to do an <br /> inspection. The menu, name and employees were staying the same. He was just <br /> 4 merely purchasing the business. They would do an inspection as part of the transfer <br /> f the propel. <br /> Mr. Santos made a notion to approve the food establishment permit application for <br /> Paulie's Uncommon Caf6 with George,Bryant as the new owner-pending the final <br /> inspection by the health agent and the current oven remains until the successful <br /> completion of the Ser Sae certification by the new owner. Ms. Grady seconded the <br /> motion. lotion passed. <br /> 4. Request for Food EstablishmentPermit- Checkers Hot Doffs <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that this was continued from the last meeting. The gentleman <br /> who filed this permit carne in the day of the last meeting. He had a tow-behind <br /> f trailer with a set up to sell just hot dogs with nothing else on the menu other than <br /> pre-packaged soda and chips. He has a state peddler license.
