APPOINTMENT: Volta oil—414 Nathan Ellis Hij6wav <br /> Mr. Clifford white, prof eet manager for Volta Oil and Mr. Vincent Brown, with <br /> Papa Gino's 'Angelo's were present at the meeting. They were present to answer <br /> any questions that the board might have regarding this project. <br /> Mr. Ball asked where this was going to be located. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that this was going to be right across from Ixno's. It was <br /> going to be a tear down and re-build. <br /> Mr. white stated Haat the gas pumps and canopy were going to remain. But, where <br /> the present two service bays and that whole facility would be demolished. They were <br /> building a new building to the backside about 100' off of the street. They would <br /> have a I 'Angelo's and a convenient store. <br /> Ms. warden stated that she had gone over all of the requirements at a prior meeting <br /> with Mr. white. They discussed the leaching facility along with the requirements for <br /> the MDQ type drains in that area. Thea they got into a little bit about the food <br /> establishments-and those requirements. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they would be below 600 GPD. He believed that the flow <br /> i was going to be approximately 512 GPD. <br /> Ms. warden stated that the plan noted that it was 539 GPD. <br /> . <br /> Mr. Harrington added that there were going to be 14 seats. The only comment that <br /> he had on this was Haat they didn't show the necessary strip out for the leaching <br /> facility. They have a note stating Haat it would be removed. But, it needed a five-foot <br /> strip out. He-felt that this was pretty good for a plan of this much depth and detail. <br /> Mr. white stated that they put a lot of bine into this in an effort to make sure that <br /> they had everything on the first presentation. Going back to-when they prepped the <br /> lots Mr.-Harrington was very helpful explaining a number of items that they were not <br /> aware of at that point in time. IVIS. warden even faxed him over a list of the BOH <br /> regulations. The engineers took it over from that point. <br /> Ms. warden pointed out the grease trap. They both looked at this and everything <br /> seemed to be on there. <br /> Mr. Santos asked what they were doing for outside drainage for the parking lot. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated Haat right in front of the building was a big subsurface <br /> leaching area. <br /> Mr. white added that it was a galley system. There were two oil/water separators to <br /> separate the run-off. <br /> 2 <br />
