Semass was billing them for trash, they set out slips for the drivers to sign as <br /> they dump their bads. They come up the stairs and sign the slips. Their drivers were <br /> signing the wrong slips to the tune of $2,000-00 t $3,000,00. They Frere arguing <br /> about money. They made alternative arrangements for that. Paid off their-balance <br /> with Semass and never went back to the Barnstable Transfer Station. <br /> Mr. Santos wanted him to know that the Town of i lashp e's BOH regulation was the <br /> same in every town in the Commonwealth. You pick up trash in Barnstable you bring <br /> 9 <br />
