Review ie f Draft District of Critical Planning Concern (DCPC) <br /> Mr. Ball asked if there was a drop-dead d date that they had to respond to. <br /> Ms. Grady stated that according to this memo it was January 201h 2005. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he had spoken to Mr. Fudala. He would get their comments <br /> to thein tomorrow. They were not going to discuss therm until much later. He already <br /> kind of gave him his comments. But, he needed them in writing. His comments <br /> mainly*were... <br /> Ms.-Warden stated that this told them that they couldn't do much of anything. She <br /> stated that number 14 on page 9 C and D. They were saying that to repair existing <br /> structures they couldn't do anything. They pretty much saying that to change, alter, <br /> repair or extensions couldn't be greater than % ofthe floor area ofthe dwelling. <br /> Mr. Harrington added that this was what classes and types f developments should be <br /> allowed. This was not... <br /> Ms. Warden disagreed. It said, "Unless such upgrade, charge, alteration, repair or <br /> extension is greater than 25% of the floor area..." <br /> Ms. Grady added that or if it required a variance of any sort. <br /> .Mr. Harrington stated that Mr. Fudal 's recommendation was for them to recommend <br /> back to the planning hoard to take single families out. <br /> Mr. Ball agreed with that. <br /> IVIS. Grady was also in agreement with that. <br /> Mr. Harrington added that if they were going to get into having to fight over this <br /> emergency work that had to he approved by the Cape Cod Commission when <br /> somebody wanted a variance to a sideline or a cellar wall, which was within their <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> IVIS. Grady felt that the DCPC had its time a long time ago. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that they had voted it down at the town meeting. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they were looking ing for their support or opposition to the <br /> overall DCPC and that was something that if they wanted to read through this further <br /> and get back to him that would be fine. They needed to keep in mind that they were <br /> going to look at it on the 25th. <br /> 27 <br />
