Mr. Harrington asked Ms. warden if she had inspected the system. <br /> Ms. warden responded that there were historic stain liries above the pipes. when she <br /> gent out there it was only half full. But, you could see the stain lines. She believed <br /> that was what was on the inspection report. She did not have a problem giving therm a <br /> -day extension. <br /> Mr. Alen stated that it probably hadn't been pumped in 15 years. After he took the <br /> course and became an inspector, he pumped it on.ce and it was working perfectly. <br /> Mr. Carlson stated that they planned to have the Title v put in. It was more of <br /> monetary matter than anything else. <br /> Mr. Carlson added that they were both on SSI and he was a seasonal tractor-trailer <br /> driver. He worked ed from April to December for Goldstar Nurseries. It would just be a <br /> couple ofmonths. <br /> Mr. Allen added that it worked fine. <br /> Mr. Carlson said that they both knew that Mr. Allen probably should have done this <br /> earlier. They both moved back from out ofstate to takecare of him properly. <br /> Everyone who knows the property knew that it had been a mess. But, they had been <br /> taping care of it one day at a time. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the Title.v variance for a -day extension on the <br /> repair of 116 Min Street from the date of this meeting. Mr. Santos secondedmotion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> Mr. Allen asked if the ground was frozen could they have another extensiOn. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that they had -days from the date ofthis meeting. H felt that <br /> they were being more than fair. Title v and this board had given therm a two-year <br /> grace period. Actually, a two-month extension would run into ,lune 241h 2005. They <br /> could still get things done even with this type of weather. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Sign Warrants. <br /> Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Aimrove minutes of September 'h 2004 and October 14th, 2004. <br /> Mr. Santos made a rutin to approve the minutes of September 30'x', 2004, with <br /> corrections. Ms. Grady seconded the motion. l ti n passed. <br /> Mr. Santos made a ru ti n t approve the minutes f October 1 ��, 2004. Mr. Ball <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 2 <br />
