She <br /> thought it would be better to do it at $4,000.00 this year and make it $5,000.00. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that she would write them a letter and let them know about the <br /> current and future changes. <br /> (Further discussion ensued regarding the bond issue amount, who it should effect and <br /> when. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to raise the bond fee to $4,000.00 in direct conjunction with <br /> Section 3 of the Ffuse Regulation that says, "All haulers licensed by the Burd of <br /> Health ofthe Town of Mashpee must submit a payment bond to the town in the <br /> amount $10,000.00 or such lesser amount as determined by the board of ealth.�,This <br /> would he effective immediately. Anybody who had not yet submitted their bond-for <br /> the year 2005 would he required to submit a band in the new fond amount. It did not <br /> affect anyone who had already paid and had the bond established. IVIS. Grady <br /> seconded the notion. Mr. Santos opposed the motion. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> B. Establishment Licenses <br /> Mr. Ball made a notion to continue until Thursday at 2;00 PM. Ms. Grady seconded <br /> the motion. Motion passed. <br /> C. Review of Revised TobaccoRe- ion <br /> Ms. Warden stated that she looked this up and the state was a little different than the <br /> BIM's regulation. The top one was by it should read. <br /> Ms. Grady led-if they increased the tobacco permit amount from $5.00 to $50.00. <br /> 31 <br />
