It was the 2" PVC pipe. <br /> Mr. Santos asked where It was located. <br /> BVI . Warden stated that it was next to the gtehe. <br /> Mr. Santos asked why it was just PVC without a steel casing if is was a water well. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that it was in the specs when they put it in and no one caught that. <br /> They should have. <br /> Mr. Harrington didn't know. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that if nothing else at all it would prevent protection from <br /> tampering. <br /> IVIS. Warden stated that the one over by the gatehouse had a lock on it. <br /> Mr. Harrington Mated that they all-did. They all had pressure caps with locks on them. <br /> But, they didn't all have the cast iron risers. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that that was why it was broken off. <br /> Mr. Harrington Mated that even if it had a riser on it they would still ding it. <br /> Mr. Santos agreed but it would still have protection and every if they hit it they would <br /> know it. <br /> S <br /> Mr. Harrington re-iterated that he said that he-would take care of it anyway. He did not care either way. <br />
