Persyl s Restaurant <br /> Ms. Grady asked for an update. They came before the board. She wasn't real happy <br /> with them. <br /> Mr. Darrington stated that they paid the fine. Mr. Santos put them on probation. They <br /> had not been back. But, he didn't think there was any reason to return. They had <br /> addressed all of the violations. <br /> Mr. Sits stated that the last thing that they were waiting for was the grates that <br /> were on order. <br /> Iris. Warden stated that she should probably go back there. She did not want to go <br /> back there too quickly because they wanted to give them time. Personally she worried <br /> about harassment type thing. <br /> Ms. Grady felt that there had been plenty of time now. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he did not remember any one thing because they had taken <br /> care of .11 of the violations. <br /> Ms. Grady stated that a lot of that had to do with the summer season'With the open <br /> doors and flies. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the walk-in was in bad shape. They had given thein a time <br /> line as far as replacing that piece of equipment. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that he understood that when they carne in front of them they <br /> agreed to pay the fine. There was something about the grates and shelves. He had <br /> them on order and they were supposed to arrive in a couple ofdays. <br /> Mr. Harrington recalled that issue. <br /> Being no further business, Mr. Santos made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr.'Ball <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br />
