All approved. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. sign Warrants. The Board members signed the warrants. <br /> . Approve Minutes of 4119106,05117106,05122106 and 6107106. Approval of the minutes from <br /> 4119/08, 5117/08 and 5122106 will be continued.until all Board members are in attendance. The minutes <br /> from 6107106 were approved a submitted. Minutes from 6/21!08 were amended and will be submitted for <br /> approval at the next full Board meeting. <br /> . Food Establishment Compliance Review:w: Jimmy's Breakfast, Lunch &Takeout <br /> Lucy Burton stated that the BOH had approved the establishment's permit in April, with some conditions. <br /> Glen Harrington reported that the grease trap has been Installed, the water test analysis has been done, <br /> but the restaurant has not been connected to Town water, and to date, the Water[dept. has received no <br /> application for hookup to Town water. Sixty four days have elapsed since the establishment was notified <br /> to hook up to Town later. <br /> i <br /> Glen H rrington1 s recom endabon : <br /> 1 Notify Jimmy's BUT to come beige the BOH for a Show Cause hearing <br /> BOH needs an As Built plan for the grease trap installed <br /> 3) BOH still needs a letter from the engineer showing the flows from the additional seats <br /> Glenn Santos made a motion to notify Jimm)'s BL&T to appear before the BOH for a Slow cause <br /> headng at the next BOH meeting on /19/06, and that hookup to Town Vater, the AS Built plan for the <br /> grease trap, and the lefter from the engineer showing the flows from the additional seats are fulfilled by <br /> /19/08, or his permit will be suspended immediately. if Jimmy wants to add more seats, he will need to <br /> complete a septic inspection. Lucy Burton seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> . Landfili Contract Review of FY2007 contracts (cont'd from 8121106) <br /> Glen Harrington reported that all three bid proposals now have been received. Horsley&Witten is the <br /> lowest bid. The FY2007 contract,budget i 18,000. If we do accept the lower bid, there will be 1,'I 8 ire <br /> extra funds left over that could b used for well repair work. <br /> Glean Santos stated that Horsley&Witten did not submit an annual report with its proposal, and <br /> submitted the bareminimum of information. Glean Santos commented that he does not want to get a <br /> Notice of Noncompliance (NON). Glen Harrington agreed to check to determine whether ars annual <br /> report is a post-closure requirement. <br /> Glenn Santos stated that the BOH would like to receive a more professional FFP response from Horsley <br /> &Kitten, together with a cover letter. <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion to continue the Landfill Contract Review until after a more complete, <br /> responsive, responsible RFP is resubmitted from Horsley&Kitten. Glenn Santos seconded the motion. <br /> All approved. <br /> Glenn Santos made a motion to add 86 sum- mersea Road—Mr. Burt Liebman—to the New wr Business <br /> agenda. Lucy Burton seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> . 86 summersea Road—Mr. Burt Liebman. <br /> Ir. Burt Liebman introduced himself to the Board. Mr. Liebman is the owner of the property at 86 <br /> summersea Road and is building a brand new horse which is almost completed. He has septic approval <br /> for one bedroom but is now Interested in creating a loft by opening up the wall on the second fl oor,to be <br /> used as an art room for his wife.
