r recommended that all Paper Moon food handlers be required to have Sery Safe training certificates. V Lewis Mantel rade a motion that the BCH require all Paper Moon food handlers to have Sear safe training certificates. Glenn Santos seconded the motion. All approved. Lucy Burton made a motion to amend the motion to state that all Paper Moon food handlers must have-their Sere safe-certificates no later than 30 days from receipt of a letter from 130H, stating the requirement. Glen Harrington reported a 130H inspection discovered 's Pizza food handlers making subs with their bare hands: Glen Hardngton spoke to the two senior members rs of the kitchen and the two um er-help that were making the subs and informed them that they would be fined $100 for the violation. -The manager was not there, but will be contacted by.the BOIL to pay the fine. This is the first offense by oe's Pia. 11. open Market BOH Regulation Violation Glen Harrington reported that' eronia Warden had gone to the llashpe en larket and closed down a temporary food vendor selling je'llies' , cheeses and pies without a permit. 12. Recall Notices to Establishments—Veronica Warden LewisMantel reported that eroni a Warden is following up with recall notices that were seat out to establishments potentially having food products contaminated with botulism. 3. FYI—Mobil Paid Glen Darrington reported that Mobil had paid the agreed-upon'fine of$12,,000 relative t the violations at the Mobil-0n-The--Run pr er y.- OLb BUSINESS No old business; 1. 492 ctuit load. Glen Harrington reported that the 130H had been made aware that both the water and the power have been-shut off at 492 Cotuit load. The 130H will be going to the property to do an inspection. if it is occupied, the BOH will serve notice that at the next 130H meeting: the Board will issue a finding that the property should be unfit for human habitation, and will order the property to be vacated. if it is unoccupied, the BOH will do an emergency closure. There is a 3-day mandatory hearing'that the occupant may request to rebut the emergency closure. Glenn Santos stated that the house is in foreclosure and is in the hands of the bank. I ` Glenn also stat6d that there have been reports that the person living there stili comes and goes. Glenn Santos requested that Glen Harrington inform the Board if the BOH effects an emergenc closure. The next BOH r eeting is scheduled for Wed , Aug u t 3, 2007, in the 130H office. 4
