Mr,Bunker er stated that Ma'rjoriie Mann, applicant of the nitrogen aggregation plan,wishes to transfer all of the available nitro en credits (1.80)from the Credit Property at 8 Pequiot Avenue to the Facility Property at 140 Wanton'Fleath Way. This wound 'leave the Credit Property with 0 nitrogen credits iand the Facility Property With 3.443 hitrogen credits rhi "is enough for 3.43 bedrooms.BSB is requesfing that the a0pricant be allowed to have three bedrooms at 140 Walton Heath Way'. Glen Harrington noted that here is no driveway shown'on the plan. Also, sander note#6 the pian refers to..PegUot.l oad. It should be Pegbot Avenue. Glenn-Santos made.'a motion to approve the plans dated 8115107 With the stipulate rx that all standard deed re quirements be taken care of. If there is any change to the building itself, and if the driveway is anywhere rear the,-s stemr the health Agent will need to approve the charges. Lewis Mantel.seconded the motion. N1 approved. 7;30 PM—230'Wheeller AdArrigatiton Well—Gary Degon Gary De on was a no-show. Glen Harri'ngton reported that Gary Degon has filed a request to install a domestic well for rr6ga#ion purposes. The B H re ulatipn states it must be in an area with no, or no suspected contarninatlon,. Glen stated that there was historic contamination in this area. Sinde 2001 they have not found any contamination above drinking'water standards. Thea are two other small areas that are under land use controls, The Board has seen one other request at 196 Wheeler eler F oad and in 2003 contacted the Military who said that the irrigation well, because of the.depth.of the historic contamination, would not be a problem. The Board approved the well,but did put limitations on the depth of the well and also required VOC testing to be dome. In October 2006 the Military reported no more measurable' plume in this area. DEP confirmed these reports. _ LewisMantel made a.mo-'tion to approve the request for 239'Wheeler load toinstall a well for irrigation purpose's with the limitation of the well depth and the required amount of specified rnoinitodng. Lacy Burton seconded the motion. All'approved. NEW BUSINESS ' 1- sign Warrants, The Board members signed the warrants. . Approval of Minutes-of August 8,2007 The following corrections were made to the minutes: 1. Page I, under 7:30 PNI-Joseph Gatto,line 6, second sentence, change the word they to the word'the homeowners. . Fuge 2, under' 7;46 PM—John Doyle, second paragraph, line I, change the word sledge to Sludgre.
